Challenges 🎯

Identifying the challenges helps to ensure that the website is designed to address specific problems or issues that the client is facing.

Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc website was initially made in Squarespace, was unable to have the features to easily add, edit new products or events, and did not reflect the company’s quality and professionalism. The company wanted to redesign its website to streamline the backend process, improve its online presence and attract more customers.

The first challenge was to create a modern and user-friendly website that would be easy to navigate and showcase the company’s products and projects.

The director want to show products and categories for each brands, brands information. The most challenging aspect is to show the products from the perspective brands without showing every products in the “Shop” page.

Solutions 🧠

After carefully go through the challenges the client is facing along with considering ways of solving the customer's painpoints to achieve their goald, a design and development strategy is devised to provide the solutions for the problems.

To address these challenges, a comprehensive redesign plan was created. The first step was to conduct a thorough analysis of the current website’s strengths and weaknesses. This analysis involved a review of the website’s layout, content, and user experience. We (the client and I) used this information to develop a detailed design brief that would guide the website’s redesign.

The website’s new design incorporated a modern and sleek interface that was easy to navigate. The color scheme was updated to reflect the company’s brand identity, and the typography was selected to be legible and visually appealing. The product pages were reorganized, with more emphasis on product images and detailed specifications.

The navigation system with its mega menu laid out the content of the websites such as brand’s name, projects blogs and events, search bar to find a specific product,… provide the visitors ways to easilly navigate and find the content on Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc website.

Results 📈

After rounds of feedbacks and consultations, the final product is launched successfully

The website redesign resulted in a significant improvement in Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc’s online presence. The website’s traffic increased significantly, with more visitors spending more time on the site.

The new design also received positive feedback from customers, with many praising the website’s modern look and user-friendly interface. The company’s reputation as a high-quality audio equipment distributor was reinforced by the new website, and it positioned them as a leader in the Vietnamese audio equipment market.
