Before we start, we’ll need to identify the challenges helps to ensure that the website is designed to address specific problems or issues that the client is facing.
Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc, a well-established distributor of high-fidelity audio equipment in Vietnam since 1992, has been a trusted name in the audiophile community.
However, their website, previously built on Squarespace, lacked the necessary functionality to manage product listings efficiently and didn’t reflect the company’s reputation for quality. The website made it difficult for the team to update products and events, and the navigation was not user-friendly.
Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc sought a modern, professional redesign that would make it easier for customers to explore their extensive product range, while also allowing the team to manage and update content easily. The challenge was to create a user-centric design that showcased their products by brands without overwhelming users, while also improving backend management and the overall user experience.

By designing a website that is tailored to the user’s needs and expectations, the website can stand out in a crowded market and attract more users.

After carefully go through the challenges the client is facing along with considering ways of solving the customer’s painpoints to achieve their goals, a design and development strategy is devised to provide the solutions for the problems.
User-Centered Design
To create a smooth, intuitive experience, we focused on simplifying navigation and enhancing the product pages. A new mega menu structure allowed easy access to brands, audio combos and events. We also optimized the site’s visual design, using a modern and sleek layout that matched the company’s professional image.
Branding and Visual Appeal
The design incorporated the company’s color scheme and typography to align with its brand identity. By enhancing the product images and simplifying the layout, we created a visually appealing, easy-to-use website that aligned with Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc’s reputation for quality.
Products and Brands
The website was carefully designed and developed to showcase products by their respective brands. We incorporated a search bar and filters by product type, making it easier for visitors to quickly find what they’re looking for. Additionally, users can navigate between the Product Archive page and the Brand information page, which was a challenging yet rewarding task during development to ensure seamless browsing.
Reseller Merchant List
As Đông Thành – Hòa Phúc partners with multiple resellers across the country, we included a page to list their verified partners. This feature was also added to the Brand information page, allowing customers to easily connect with resellers so they can contact or visit their showrooms.
Blog
I also helped them create a blog section on their website, where they could share their knowledge and expertise on audio equipments, news and updates from their partner brands and offer helpful tips and advice to their customers.

The redesign resulted in a significant increase in website traffic, with more visitors spending more time on the site. The streamlined backend also allowed for easier management of products and events, boosting the company’s operational efficiency.
